How do I select a skin file in Internet Explorer?

When I sign on to Internet Explorer, a message box is displayed that tells me
to select a skin file. Why does it do this and how do I find a skin file to
select?

This makes no sense whatsoever. First, you don't "sign on" to Internet
Explorer. You simply open it. Second, MS does not provide any skins for IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=253739). This sounds like a non-MS
issue.

Hardly an Office problem but try uninstalling the Viewpoint toolbar in
Control Panel-Add/Remove
