How do i select all attachments and open them all at once?

how do i open all photo attachments at once. but not have to copy them first?
instead of selecting one at a time?

Save the attachments in a dedicated folder. File, save attachments.

ok but can i not just highlight them all in the e-mail and open them there?
without copying them or moving them. i can do one at a time but not a group
of pictures.
