How do I select from Mulltiple Calendars?

I maintain two calendars. When starting from the contact screen, I click on
Meeting, usually cancel the email invitation, then the Appointment screen
comes up. At this point, how do I tell Outlook which calendar I want the
appointment posted to?

You have a couple choices. First, you can open the calendar in which you want
the event and then click New. Second, you can click File>Move to Folder
instead of Save and Close.
