How do i send a distribution list to another email account?

I have set up four seperate distribution lists in Microsoft Outlook 2003, and
need to forward them onto my colleague, but am finding the office help online
useless!

Please can anyone help me as its very urgent i do this.

Try looking up "Send distribution list" and follow the step by step
instructions provided.

In the "help" bar of Outlook 2003, type:
"Distribution Lists"
In the Results list, click on the link titled "Send a Distribution List"
Follow the instructions.
