How do I send a form from outlook

I have created a custom form at home and would like to know if I can e-mail
it to my office e-mail to use in outlook there?

Save the form as an .oft file and email it to yourself as a file attachment.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
