How do I send a message on behalf of and not have the on behalf o.

Company president has assistant that sends mail on his behalf. They do not
want the message "sent on behalf of xxxx" to display.

We are using the delegate authority to grant permission to do this. The
option of givng her permission to the mailbox from the server is not
available.

YOu need to grant the Send As permission, not Send On Behalf Of.
