How do I send a message that displays a reminder immediately?

I have tried to look everywhere I know where in Outlook to get a reminder
message to come up immediately when the message arrives. The recipient then
has the option of dismissing the message or snoozing it for a chosen period
of time.

Send a task request or meeting request. You can't send an email with a
reminder.
