How do I send a newspaper page as an email from Outlook?

I use to send my email from Outlook Express and I was able to send any
newspaper article I read to my friends via email. Now after switching to
Outlook I cannot do it successfully. I always get error messages. What's the
procedure to have this problem corrected?
