How do I send a standard message at the same time each day?

I'd like to use VBA to set up a standard message that automatically goes out
to the same mailing list each day (without buying an add-in). The message
would be very simple in that it's a daily reminder to supervisors to contact
"x" or complete form "y" regarding employee absences that day.
