how do i send an email where one recipient can see all the bcc's

I frequently send emails to several suppliers at once to get the best prices.
I currently send them with the to: field marked with undisclosed recipients
using my own email address so the suppliers know they are quoting against
others, but not who the others are.
I also copy in a colleague so he can chase the prices if i am not in work,
is there a way for only my colleague to be able to see who I have sent the
email to without affecting what the other recipients see?

Only by sending him a separate email indicating who you have emailed. The
BCC field does its job properly ;-)
