how do i send an email with a no-reply rule?

i want to send some emails with outlook 2007, but i don't want the recipiant
to be able to reply to it
or is that not possible?

You don't get to control someone else's email client. Would you want
anyone that wanted to do so to control your email client? You cannot
stop them from replying. You can, however, use an e-mail address in
the return path headers (From, Reply-To, etc.) that is not valid.
Just be ready to have yourself blacklisted (in the recipient's own
blacklist or reported to the public blocklists for spam filtering)
when sending e-mails from a source to which recipients cannot reply.
If you behave like a spammer, you will get treated like one.

No, you can't control it. you could create an address to send it from and
never check that mailbox... or if you are sending a message to several
people, put their names in the BCC field so replies will only go back to
your address.
