how do i send automatic e-mails on a weekly basis?

I want to automatically send a reminder e-mail once a week without 3rd party
add-on software. We are running exchange server 2003 and Office 2007. Is
there a way to do this in native Outlook 2007?

Native, no, but you can use some custom VBA code for this.
