how do I send coded HTML email in Outlook 2003

I want to be able to send a HTML email to potential clients that have
requested more information. It is coded as HTML But I cant seemt o find a way
in Outlook 2003 to be able to send it.

Where are you creating it? If it's an HTML file, use Insert File, As Text
command on an open message form.
