How do I send emails in Publisher so they're viewed centered?

When I send newsletters etc from Publisher, they always appear 'left aligned'
when viewed by recipient. How do I send so the newsletter appears centered in
recipients web/email browser?

In order to maintain document formatting, you might want to consider
producing a PDF (using one of the many freeware options available) and
attaching it to an email.
