How do I send mass e mails that look like personal e mails?

How I can I send an e mail to numerous people at one time, but have the
receive it looking like they were the only ones to get the e mail? (Avoiding
SPAM filters)

Do a mail merge with Word. Instead of choosing Letters as your type of
document, choose E-mail Message (in the first step of six in the Mail Merge
Wizard).
