I have OL 2003 and XP pro in two computers. I have rules in both machines to
delay messages in my outbox.
I'm able to key ctrl+m in one of the machines and send the messages at will,
though. I can't in the other machine.
How do I configure the second machine so I can send messages subject to a
delay rule, at will, using ctrl+m?
