How do I send my contact list to a co-worker by email?

I am wondering how to send me contact list on Outlook to a co-worker? There
are several of us in the office and we would like to avoid all having to type
in the same information for our clients.

Have you got an Exchange server?? If so, work from a shared Contacts folder
and you'll all have only 1 database of Contacts rather than the mess you
have now.
