Is there an Outlook online so I can share my contact with my co-workers,
since we are not networked in our office? What is the best way to share and
sync contacts.

I believe the office live small business site
(http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/) allows contact sharing (via
sharepoint libraries) or use a utility. See
