How do I send my outlook calendar to my home computer.

I have a business computer and a home computer. One has XP office (home) one
has XP Home (office). How do I copy/send my calendar from one to another?

The folks at Infuzer have told me that they're about to launch a calendar
sync utility. By installing the Infuzer plug-in, you can sync your work
calendar with your home calendar..
