How do I send/receive Outlook email when out of my office

I can't remember where I read about sending and receiving Outlook email from
another location when I am away from my office. Was I dreaming or can this
be done? If so, how? I am using Outlook Office 2003

Dear Mel,

are you using Exchange Server or a local PST file?

With Exchange Server you can use "Web Acess".

Without Exchange you can use/create an "IMAP account" or use hotmail:

or a 3rd party tool (Public WEB PST, "live" Web access to a local Outlook
PST file)
