how do I separate a page into quarters?

I need to work on a page in quarter sections. I want to print something out
that I can cut into 4 quarters but have each quarter be centered in it's own
quarter of the page. I want to be able to tab around in just that quarter of
a page at a time. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Table-->Insert-->Table, choose 2 columns and 2 rows. Set the row height to
EXACLTY (half the vertical size of the page). Create one quarter, copy and
paste (if you want them the same). Hold the Ctrl key to tab around inside of
table cells.

Another possibility (available in Word 2000 and later) is to add the
contents to four consecutive pages. Then make use of Word's ability to
print multiple pages: In File>Print, select to print four pages per
sheet and click OK.
