How do I set a date range in Out of Office, to trigger when I go?

I did see the Rules and Advanced and did see that I could set a date range,
but it still seems that I have to select "I am in..." or "I am out...",
because they're radio buttons and I have to select one.

I want Outlook to trigger from the date range, e.g. tomorrow 12/21 through
1/1, but not From anyone in particular and no movement of messages to any
other locations.

We came off of Lotus Notes to Outlook and Notes has the ability to trigger
the out of office by a date range.

That particular feature requires Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007.
