a. Purchase an appropriate version of Microsoft FrontPage
b. Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM Drive
c. Follow the prompts
3. Setup a POP3 email account
a. Signup with an ISP. They will give you an email account
b. Use something like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird
and tell it the following:
i. Hostname of the POP3 server as specified by your ISP
ii. Name of your user account as specified by your ISP
iii. Your password as specified by your ISP
iv. TCP-IP Port Number, typically, 110
