How do I set colors to print same as screen in word

WITH A CANON S450 PRINTER THE ON SCREEN COLOURS ARE NOT THE SAME WHEN
PRINTED CAN I SET THE COLOURS TO PRINT THE SAME?

You need to calibrate your monitor and your printer. This has nothing to do with any Office program, per se, as it's a system-level
procedure. Getting the process right also generally requires specialised calibration software and hardware.
