how do I set compressed weekend days in Office 2007 calendar?

I am used to the Calendar format in Office 2003 where I had Saturday and
Sunday occupy a square in the Calendar format. Can it be done in Office 2997?

No. You can take a look at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp to see if any of the
third-party solutions there (many of which are free) can do that.

MS removed that feature from Outlook 2007. However, I just posted a new
free add-in, More Productive Tools for Outlook, that solves this problem
(along with providing a bunch of other features). It includes an
Outlook-compatible Calendar window; if you go into Options on the menu for
that window, there is a "Compress Weekend Days" checkbox which will turn
this feature on/off.

You can download the add-in from www.moreproductivenow.com.

Phil Seeman,
