how i set up changes for recieving email

i am leaving for one month from my office so my computer will shut I have my
officail email id if some body will send me mails I want to forward them in
other persons mail in my office so i want to knoe the set up

If you are on an exchange server, open Tools, Rules and Alerts, and set
it up. If you are on a POP server contact your ISP.
