How do I set my phone and fax number in the fax wizard?

When I use the fax wizard, I get my name/company/initials by default --
however the sender phone and fax are blank. Where can I fill those in?

This is not really a Word issue but a Windows issue. From Control Panel >
printers & faxes, click the fax driver, then tools > configure fax. Fill in
the relevant fields.
