How do I set the default layout for a new organizational chart?

When I import (lots of data) from .xls to the org chart using the wizard,
Visio asks if I want to decide the number of pages or want Visio to decide.
I decided on number because I am plotting an 8 foot long chart.
When Visio brings the data over, it brings all 2nd tier managers in a single
line below the first tier manager. I would like to have the option to set
the layout default to the more "clustered" option. How do I set defaults for
layout, lines, color BEFORE I build a chart.
