How do I set the font color in received email in Outlook?

Sometimes I receive email where the font color in the body of the text is a
very light yellow text. How do I change that so that the font color is
always black in the body of the text?

Typically, the appearance of messages you receive is determined by the
sender.

You can set Outlook to ignore the stationery fonts and use yours instead.
Options, Mail Format, Fonts button. Set what you want to see and check Always
use my fonts.
