how do i set uo individual email accounts that go to specific use.

4 registered users on windows xp. how can user X receive / send his emails
through office 2003 outlook without receiving users Y and vica versa. Simple
i am sue but i am new to office 2003 at home, getting used to it at work.

used to it at work.

Presuming each user has his/her own Internet mail account, create mail
profiles for each user in control panel | mail - & tell Outlook to prompt
for a profile. Name the profiles accordingly, and create each with its own
PST file and Internet Mail account.

You have to set up profiles in Cntl Panel, User Accts, Mail.
