How do I set up 24 simultaneous similar projects; 24-unit remodel

Is there a more efficient way to run a 24 unit remodel job, with each unit's
tasks similar but not the same as each other, besides creating 24 separate
projects?

When making "multiple" unit / floor/ building schedules, I create a list of
tasks, durations and dependencies for one group. I then copy and paste that
complete group and link group 2 to group 1. Again I copy and paste BOTH
groups and link group 3 to group 2 (groups 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 will retain their
links). Now you have four groups linked...copy and paste making 8 by linking
group 5 to 4. Do same process to make 16 groups and then copy 8 of the
linked groups and paste to create 24, linking broup 17 to group 16. Now go
back and modify any individual groups with disimiliar tasks. Hope that helps.
