How do I set up a button to double-indent a paragraph?

In Wordperfect it was possible to click a single button to format a paragraph
so that it is indented equally from both the left and right margins (i.e. an
extended quotation). How to do this, if at all, in Word 2003?

Word formats using Styles - so create a paragraph style that has the indents
you want and apply it to the text. You can add the style to a toolbar button
if you need to, or apply a keyboard shortcut to the style if you use it
frequently.

You don't even need to create a style; Word already has a built-in one for
this purpose: Block Text. You may want to modify the indents and other
formatting, but the style is waiting for you to customize.
