How do I set up a customer manager databse in outlook 2000

Hi, I'm trying to set up a Customer Manager databse, using outlook 2000 small
business tools. Any clues greatly appreciated..

BCM only works with Outlook 2003.

Now that would explain it, MS put the links in Otlook 2000 just to teese!
