How do I set up a Hebrew (Israel) calendar?

Microsoft Help system says that the Hebrew calendar used in Israel is fully
integrated into Microsoft office yet I cannot seem to get it as a format in
my date/time field. I have installed Hebrew in my Windows and Office. Any
ideas?
