How do I set up a Home associations dues notice in Access databas.

I would like to set up dues notices in a database in MS Access that I can use
my database in access with names, address etc information all ready loaded.

How do you know when dues are due?
How do you want to send the notice?

Dues are due the first of January and send notices by mail

Your best bet is to create a form letter in word and set it up for mail
merge. The in Access, create a routine that will go through the membership
list and create a mailmerge file.
