how do i set up a inventory in access with recipe type data

Mass market prepared foods? Institutional kitchen?

And what do you want to inventory: ingredients? final products?

recipe type data

sorry about that.i have rubber compound recipes that i need to keep inventory
on the ingrediants.all of the ingrediants are based on the parts per hundred
system.i have all of the recipes in excell and the spreedsheets do a good job
with the recipe calulations for batch sizes.one customer might want a
thousand lbs of one compound and another might only want five houndred.so i
would like a way to automaticly subtracted the wieght of the ingrediants
that i am using from my inventory.
