How do I set up a List of Plates in a Word document?

How do I set up a List of Plates in a Word document? Word 2003 has the option
to insert a List of Tables/Figures but not Plates.

It doesn't matter what you call them, if you have used the Caption style to
title the Plates, you can use a Table of Figures. Or you can create a Table
of Contents/Figures including just the style used for the titles/captions.
