How do I set up a macro to run a specific date in many queries?

I have set up a switchboard in Access that will open a report in view only
mode. The data is generated through various queries, many of which have a
data range. Indtead of having to type in the data range five times (once for
each different query) I would like to only enter it once and have a macro in
place to let all queries "know" the date range. How do I create the macro and
put it into the switchboard?

Add to unbound date fields to your form. FormDate and
ToDate. In your queries for the date criteria put
between [forms]![nameofform]![FromDate] and
[forms]![nameofform]![ToDate]
