How do I set up a moving jif on FrontPage?

I have a moving jif., but it doesn't work on FrontPage when I post it. Can
you help?

yes, it is a animated jif. it was sent to me in a email, it works fine
when you open it. I saved it to my web images, then inserted it to my page
and posted it, but it is not animated. I did no other changes.

For what it's worth, it's spelled "gif". It might be less confusing in the
future if you get that right.

Are you referring to the Love is God image? If so, it is not an animated
gif. I opened it in my GIF animator, and it only shows one frame.

Yes, that is the GIF. I was emailed the GIF by my pastor and when opened, it
is animated with about 6 pictures. when i saved it to an image file in
Frontpage and inserted it to the web page, it only shows up as a single
picture. It does work as an animation, just not in Frontpage. ???

You have done something to the image prior to inserting it into FrontPage
that has taken away its animation properties. Or, within FrontPage, you
have done some type of change/editing to the image using FP image tools.

You cannot make any type of edits/changes to an animated gif unless you are
using a gif animator/editor.

I made no changes, I even went thru the whole process of acquiring, saving,
inserting and posting again with the same results. It works fine when
activate it from my email, but not after putting it in Frontpage.

If you were viewing the animation and right click it and selected "Save as" all that was saved is the frame you were
seeing.

You need save the "attached file" from the email and place the .gif file in your webs images folder.

When you receive the file, save the attachment from your email application, then import it into FP,
then insert on your page. Do not let FP save or prompt you to allow it to save the image.
