how do i set up a password to get into my mailbox

I would like to set up a password protection to make it so no one can get in
to my outlook mailbox unless they have the password

You can password protect your PST. Right-click on Outlook Today, choose
Properties, then click Advanced.

Sorry for jumping into this thread, but it sounds like this may help with a
problem I am having.

When I do this for Outlook 2000, on the Advanced Tab of the Microsoft
Echange Server dialogue box, I can select
NT Password Authentication
Distributed Password Authentication
None

Please can you tell me, which, if any, is the correct one to use?
