How do I set up a rolling monthly calendar in Outlook?

Outlook displays the current calendar month in the monthly view. I don't
care about viewing past events. I'd like to set up Outlook so that, in the
monthly view, it always shows the current week and then the next 3 weeks of
calendar events.
