How do I set up a separate task list and print only the new list?

I need to set up a separate task list with only items I want to share with my
boss. I don't want him to see everything on my list. Since he isn't computer
literate I need to print a calendar with only certain tasks for him to see.
I'd like a copy of the tasks I shared with him to appear either in the
separate list (or category?). Is this function available in Outlook? Please
advise. I appreciate any help you can offer.
