how do I set up a spreed sheet to use for a class reunion

I have to list all members of class by name,address,phone,e-mail,events,money
received. I do not know how to do this in excel, could anyone help?

Poly, This is an Access newsgroup. However what format is the data in? If it's on paper, open
excel and start typing. If not please be more specific.
