How do I set up a startup switchboard in Access

I am trying to set up a switchboard that will show the different tables or
queries that are in my database.

I recommend you use a regular form.
Enter this form under TOOLS--STARTUP--Display Form/Page
This will make it appear on startup.
The switchboard feature offers no special advantages over a normal form.
