How do I set up a sub-category

Hopefully a simple question - whilst usings Outlook tasks (2000) I would like
to have sub categories within the master category list. Can this be done?

You can just by naming the categories creatively. I.e.:

Category 1: Sub Cat 1
Category 1: Sub Cat 2
Category 1: Sub Cat 3
Category 2: Sub Cat 1

Etc.
