How do I set up a value (34.7) to value (34) in excel?

Hello all
My english is not good
My q. Is:
When I have a value in any cell as example (34.7), can I use a function to
convert this value to (34) at another cell or not?

Try this:

With 34.7 entered in A1,

Enter this in any other cell:

=ROUNDDOWN(A1,0)
OR
=FLOOR(A1,1)
