That depends to a huge extent on what data you have access to, and what
you're trying to find. Performing trend analyses based on party
affiliation and historical turnout is a much different proposition from
getting precinct-level hard counts based on direct polling. I've done
both, but one won't help you to do the other.
Great point, I have access to voter turnout numbers for a local city council
race what I want to do is take my numbers from say 2000 new voters etc, based
on voting trends in one district which is about 10,000 voters.
See if I can project what the turnout would be based on those numbers
