how do i set up a web cam on my webpage

Hi
Could someone please help me set up a webcam on my webpage I have the web
cam and the program Active webpage 6.1 or I can use an other if need be I am
using frontpage 2003 and only a beginer at this and I enjoy doing this
setting up webpages but this webcam has me stumped for now thank you and hear
from you all soon
