how do I set up a weekly magazine on word format

Need to set-up a weekly magazine on word format. It has to have pre-set
columns . Writing on tables in word format is a pain . I need to do same
things as in normal news paper ? how i do that ?

You might try posting your question in the Word newsgroup instead of the web
design with Publisher newsgroup.
