Well, if you want it to be too complicated then I guess you could get
a piece of notebook paper and draw a calendar for each month? Wait,
that might be too simple. ;-)
I think you mean you *don't* want it to be too complicated. If you use
Outlook you could create another calendar for this purpose and even
assign each person a different label color. Then to show two weeks at
a time, use the Date Navigator and drag through two weeks to display
just those weeks you have selected.
